The staff were genuinely attentive.. i was greeted with fresh juice upon arrival. my room had complimentary water and soft drinks. i found the rooftop restaurant to be wonderful. The food was exquisite. the room was well-organized and clean. i found extra conveniences, like slippers and a toothbrush, quite useful. the hotel is close to ebony lounge bar and ebony life cinema. breakfast included delicious local and continental options. the bathroom included a large shower. housekeeping was wonderful. My room was cleaned daily. the security personnel were observant and professional. the personnel quickly addressed every request. a kind receptionist, gift, was amazing. she ensured i felt welcome and cared for. it.
the parking area was sometimes difficult to navigate due to limited space.

the facilities were well maintained and clean. a rooftop restaurant provided a great dining option with city views. i noticed the inclusion of ebony life cinema ensured entertainment was nearby and accessible.

the service was prompt and courteous. staff members seemed eager to assist. the reception staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently, while the housekeepers maintained excellent standards of cleanliness in my room and throughout the hotel.
